Information about the ordering process
After receiving a request to purchase a product you have published, you will receive a notification, which you can find in the Orders section in your Personal Account. You will also receive a letter from your personal manager by email asking you to confirm the availability of the product and consent to sale at the price specified in the advertisement. If the item has already been sold, click the "Sold" button in the email or go to your personal account in the "Orders" section and click the "Sold" button in the ad. If you have received a price offer for a product, you will be sent a letter from your personal manager. The request will also be displayed in your personal account in the "Offer" section. A response regarding your willingness to sell the item must be given no later than 36 hours after receiving the notification. If you received a purchase request and were unable to confirm it within the specified period, please inform your personal manager or write to us by email [email protected]. We will contact the Buyer to see if they are interested in renewing the transaction. If he is interested in continuing the deal, we will reinstate the sale. If he does not respond or is not interested, we will re-list your item for sale.

    • What does the product reservation process look like at the price stated in the ad?
      You receive a request from the platform to confirm the availability of goods. Upon confirmation, the goods are placed in reserve. You need to go to your Personal Account, then go to the ""Price offers"" tab and select the product for which the offer is made. If you are ready to make a deal, click on the ""Hold"" icon.
    • I received a purchase request, but did not have time to respond to it in the allotted time. What should I do?
      If you received a purchase request and could not confirm it within 36 hours, please inform your personal manager or email us at [email protected]. We will contact the Buyer to see if they are interested in reopening the transaction. If he is interested in continuing the deal, we will restore the sale. If he does not answer or is not interested, we will re-enter your item in the list of sold items.
    • What happens if I declined a request to purchase my item?
      If you decide to reject a purchase request at the price stated in the ad, your item will be removed from sale from all sites within 7 (seven) business days. To re-publish a product, you must create a new ad.
    • How do I know that I have received a price offer?

    • How can I place a counter offer to a buyer?
      To place a counter price offer for the Buyer, you need to contact your manager, indicating in the message the price for which you are ready to make a deal. Or press a button in the email that you recive with the price offer and indicate the desired counter offer price.

      You can cancel the order by clicking the ""Sold"" button in the e-mail that you will receive on your e-mail when ordering the goods. You can also cancel the order in the Seller's personal account in the ""Orders"" section by clicking the ""Sold"" button in the ad. *In case of refusal to make a deal, the ad automatically changes to the ""Sold"" status.
    • Who is the seller of the goods sold using the Antiqon Pro service?
      According to the terms of the Antiqon Pro service, the management company SIA Antiqon provides intermediary services to the Seller for the placement and sale of goods on the Internet.
    • When is the agreement on the sale of goods considered concluded?
      The agreement on the sale of goods is considered concluded at the moment when the Seller presses the consent button for the sale.
