All Sellers′ accounts and published advertisements are moderated manually to avoid any fraudulent activities. The service also assumes all risks associated with the trading operation, taking care of the safety of art sellers. The service reserves the Seller the right to refuse to enter into a transaction for the sale of goods at the price specified in the advertisement, and the buyer, in accordance with the law, is guaranteed the right to return the goods within 14 days. Antiqon Pro ensures maximum transparency of transactions, notifies participants in the purchase and sale process about each stage and ensures that the buyer receives a product that fully corresponds to the description in a timely manner, and the seller receives money for the sale

Is it possible to cancel the sale of goods?
Yes, the Seller reserves the right to refuse to conclude a transaction for the sale of goods. If the Seller refuses to conclude a deal 3 (three) times, the account in the Antiqon Pro service will be temporarily blocked for a period of 30 (thirty) days. In case of repeated violation of the terms of service, the Seller's account will be blocked for a period of 120 (one hundred and twenty) days.
Is it possible to return the goods?
According to the current legislation, in terms of the right to refuse a purchase, the Buyer has the right to refuse within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the order.
